About Our Clinic Practices
We are fortunate to have partnerships with local hospitals, health departments, and community providers to help us fulfill our mission to care for our community. Please understand that while we partner with many community health providers, we are an independent organization distinct from all other providers and hospital systems.

If you have been referred to the PWAFC, we are excited to see you as a patient. Please call and make an appointment to see one of our providers or visit us during our walk-in clinics. You must bring your proof of address -- showing that you reside in Prince William County, Manassas, or Manassas Park -- and your proof of family income that is dated within 30 days of your appointment at the clinic.
The PWAFC does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and the provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and patients.
