Snow Policy and Holidays​ 

The PWAFC generally follows the federal government's inclement weather policies regarding closures for severe weather. You can find the federal government's operating status at www.opm.gov. We will update our website, social media, and phone message regarding any weather-related closures for the same day. If we are closed during a normal business day, it is the patient's responsibility to call and reschedule their appointments
In addition to our normal schedule, we are closed on the following days:

Schedule
  1. Woodbridge Clinic Patient Appts
    Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    To make an appointment, you must call: (703) 496-9405; or for the Spanish Line (703) 499-9191. Please leave a clear voicemail with your name, date of birth, and phone number. If you do not pick up our return call, you will need to call back and leave another voicemail.
  2. Evening Walk-In Clinic
    Tuesday: 1:30 p.m. until all slots are filled
    The walk-in clinic is first-come first-served. There are a limited number of spaces available. No walk-ins will be taken on any other day. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. Clinic is open both to Woodbridge and Manassas patients.
  3. Manassas Clinic Patient Appts
    Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    To make an appointment, you must call: 703-496-9815; or for the Spanish Line: 703-499-9191. Please leave a clear voicemail with your name, date of birth, and phone number. If you do not pick up our return call, you will need to call back and leave another voicemail.
  4. Manassas Resident Walk-In Clinic
    Thursday: 9:00 a.m. until all slots are filled
    The walk-in clinic is first-come first-served. There are a limited number of spaces available. No walk-ins will be taken on any other day. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. The last walk-in must be in by 2:00 p.m., providing spaces are available.
  5. Pharmacy
    M, W: 8:00a - 11:30a & 1:00p - 4:00p Tu: 1:30p - 4:00p Th: 9:00a - 12:00p & 1:30p - 4:30p
    Please arrive by the times listed to have a meeting with​ the medication case manager. Slots are limited and first-come first-served. You must come in person to the clinic to order or pick up your medication. No one can order or pick up medications for you.
  6. Dental
    By Appointment Only
    To receive​ a dental appointment, you must call (703) 496-9818 and leave a message. We will call you back to set up an appointment with the clinic.
